E-MAIL SETUP with OUTLOOK

This is for an e-mail address that has been created for you.

First, open Outlook and click on "Tools"

hover over the arrows to extend the menu

click on "E-mail Accounts..."

then click the button to "Add a new e-mail account"

and click "next"

click the button "POP3" ,

then "next"

then complete all of the following 6 boxes paying particular attention to login details.

Mail server information will always be mail.yourdomain.co.uk, as shown below using fred.co.uk as an example.

then click "More settings... "

Complete the box to "name your Mail Account," and enter your e-mail address in the "Reply E-mail" box"

but DO NOT CLICK OK just yet...

Click the "outgoing server tab"

then click the check box "My outgoing server (SMTP) requires authentication"

and click the button "Log on to incoming mail server before sending mail" and

click "OK"

Click "Finish"

and you're all done!
